Chapter 2

SEXUAL SCENE AND SOME BAD LANGUAGE (If you do not like that then please don’t read.)

I walked out of the lunch room and started heading to my fourth period class. I turned the corner and ran straight into what felt like a hard wall. Instead of falling I was caught by two strong arms.

“Watch where you’re going, would you?” A mad husky voice said as I looked up.

“Geez, you don’t have to be rude.” I said as I looked up to see who caught me. It was boyfriend, I mean my ex boyfriend. We were dating when I was sent to juvie. He had promised me that we would stay in contact but that turned into a huge joke. “Adrian.”

“Zoey.” He said in shock.

“See you around.” I said with a smirk and then I turned around and started heading for the stares to the roof. I just couldn’t handle going to another class and seeing my old friends. It brings back too many bad memories that I have buried years.

When I reached the roof I took a seat on the back edge and pulled out my package of cigarettes. A bad habit of mine. I lit my cigarette and pulled out my phone. I was playing Angry Birds when I heard someone clear their throat. I looked up and saw Cole, the douche from my first period class, looking at me.

“News girls already skipping?” He asked.

“Yep.” I said, popping the ‘p’.

“I never introduced myself to you.” He said. “I’m Cole Johnson. I’m part of the Crescent Moon pack.”

“Crescent Moon?” I asked and he nodded yes. “My dads the alpha.”

“Wait, your Alpha Phil’s daughter?” Cole asked with confusion.

“Yeah..he probably doesn’t talk about me much. I’m just the disappointment of the family.” I laughed a little trying to lighten the mood. I don’t want him feeling bad for me.

“Actually, he talks about you all the time. He told the pack a couple nights ago that you’ll be shifting soon and he wants you to join us.”

“Really?” I asked kind of shocked.

“Yep. You’re kind of his pride and joy, if you know what I mean.” Said Cole.

Me and Cole talked for awhile and by awhile I mean the rest of the school day. We kind of lost track of time. To be completely honest, he’s really not a douche. He’s actually really sweet and kind of fun to hang out with. He even walked me to my rusty old pick up truck.

“So I’ll see you tomorrow, Montgomery!” He said while waving goodbye.

“Bye Johnson!” I got in my truck and started it up. Now it was time to go to my foster home. Yay! Not.

I parked my truck on the street saving the drive way for Erick, my foster dad. I slowly got out and walked up the steps, dreading to walk inside the small one-story house. Erick was laying on the couch with a beer in hand as usual.

“I’m home.” I said quietly, hoping he was passed out.

“Get over here, bitch.” He said while slurring his words. I already knew what was going to happen. It happened at almost every foster home I’ve been in. I have gotten use to be raped, though. I slowly walked over to him, not wanting to make him mad.

“Yes?” I calmly asked. He sat up and yanked my arm hard pulling me down to his level. He started sloppily kissing me. I just sat there and let him do whatever he wanted. I was pretty much numb when it came to this.

“Kiss me back you bitch!” He yelled loudly.

“No..” I whimpered. I could tell he was getting mad.

“What the fuck did you say to me!?” He yelled again. Erick grabbed my wrist twisting it and pulling me up from the couch.

“Nothing. I said nothing.” I whimpered again. My wrist was hurting really badly but he didn’t let go. He grabbed my face with his one empty hand and started kissing me again. I didn’t kiss back, though.

“Fuck you. You’re worthless just like the other bitch I had.” He threw me to the ground, yelling at me. He then started kicking my side and stomach. I was curled up in pain. Tears streaming down my face. All I could think about was getting out of there and never coming back.

Finally, after about 15 minutes of kicking me, he walked away. I slowly got up wincing in pain and grabbed my purse and quietly walked out of the house. I got in my truck and started driving with tears still streaming down my face. You think I would be more use to it by now but it turns out I’m not. I didn’t know where I was going until I arrived at a house. My old house. The house I use to live in with my family. My brother Dylan was outside mowing the yard. He saw me pull up and he turned off the lawn mower with a big smile on his face and started walking towards me. I opened my truck door and practically fell out landing on the hard cement before blacking out.

I woke up in a large comfy bed. My head was bounding and my wrist was hurting. I tried to sit up but I winced in pain. That’s when I heard voices out in the hallway.

“Mom we have to let her stay here.” Said Dylan.

“No Dylan I will not let her stay here.”

“Mom will you stop holding the fucking grudge and let your own daughter come back home!”

“Dylan’s right mom. You need to let it go.” Jake said. The doorbell rang and I heard mom say “Whatever.” My door then opened and my brothers walked in.

“Hey you’re awake.” Said Dylan. “You gave us quite a scare. Are you alright?”

“I’m fine. I’m so sorry. I’ll leave okay?”

“Woah woah hold up there, Zoe. You’re not going anywhere.” Jake said.

“It’s alright I’m use to-” I was interrupted by a knock on the door. “Come in.”

“Hey sweetheart. How are you feeling?” Asked my dad. My dad…I wasn’t expecting him to come see me.

“Daddy..” I said with tears in my eyes. He walked over to me with a small smile on his and sat down on the edge of the bed.

“I’m here sweetheart.” He said. “What happened?”

“ was nothing. Don’t worry.”

“No. What happened?” He asked again with worrying showing on his face.

“My foster dad was trying to rape me again and I refused so he started kicking me.” I said while not making eye contact with anyone.

“What! Why didn’t you tell me any of this at lunch??” I could hear Jake asking.

“Well it’s not something I like to talk about.” I said.

“You’re not going back there.” Said my dad.

“Then where will I go?” I asked. “I can’t exactly stay here…”

“You’re going to come with me and you’ll stay in the pack house.”

“But I haven’t shifted yet.” I said.

“I know but your safety comes first, Sweetheart.” My dad said. Gosh I missed him so much. “And you have less than a month before you shift. The pack will help you prepare.”

“Okay.” Was the only thing I said before he engulfed me with a big hug. I winced in pain.

“Oh sorry, sweetie! Do you think you can walk? I can carry you.”

I slowly got up with the help of my dad and Jake. Dylan was walking behind me down the stairs of the big house. I could hear my mom in the kitchen but she didn’t come out to see me. Of course.

I got into my dads Toyota and we drove to the pack house with Dylan behind us driving my truck. I was kind of excited to live with my dad again but also nervous. I was nervous because I would be living in a house full of werewolf’s I don’t know. Well I know Cole. So at least I’ll know one person. Once we arrived at the pack house my dad got out of the drivers side and walked over to my side and opened the door for me and helped me up. Dylan was way ahead of us. He was already in the pack house waiting for us. We walked in and everyone was staring at me.

“Everyone, this is my daughter Zoey.” I heard a few people mumble a hi. “She will be staying with us from now on so please everyone be nice to her. This is her home too now.”

” Zoey!” I heard someone yell. I looked over towards the kitchen area and saw Cole walking out with a big smile on his face. “What are you doing here?”

“ I guess I live here now.” His smile got even bigger.

“Fuck yeahhhh!” He yelled all excited. “Alpha I can show her to her room.”

“Thank you, Cole.” My dad said.

Cole walked upstairs and I followed wincing in pain. He turned around. “You okay, Zoey?” He asked.

“Oh I’m fine! I got into a little fight.” I lied. He just nodded his head and we continued up the stairs and down to the end of the long hallway.

“This is your bedroom.” Said Cole as he opened the door. “Mine is on the right and Jay’s bedroom is on the left.”

“Jay?” I asked.

“Right haha you haven’t met him yet! He’s my older brother.” Said Cole with a smile.

“Oh well I can’t wait to meet him! But if it’s okay with you I think I’m going to go hit the hay because today has been so tiring.” I said with a small smile and yawn.

“Yeah of course! Goodnight Zoey. Sweet dreams.” I walked into my room and Cole shut the door. I was too tired to change so I went ahead and got in to bed. I was exhausted and all I wanted to do right now was sleep.

The Bad Girl is a Werewolf: Chapter 1

This is the excerpt for your very first post.

“Shit!” I whispered to my self and slowly turned around.

“Well well well if it isn’t the one and only Zoey Montgomery.” Said Mr. hill, my principal. “Your first day back and you’re already trying to break into my computer.”

“Well Dan I got to keep up my reputation.” I said with a smirk. He absolutely hates it when I call him by his first name.

“What can I do for you, Zoey?” He asked with a calm expression.

“I was just trying to look into the registry.” I admitted. “I want to know if my brothers still go here. They should be sophomores, by now.”

“Ahh Jake and Dylan. Yes they are still here. I’m sure you will see them at lunch.” Said Mr. Hill.

“Good.” I turned around, preparing to leave.

“Ms. Montgomery.” I turned back around and looked at my principal. “I have some papers for your foster dad to sign. Can you please tell him?”

“Yes, of course.” I said and then walked out the door. I was dreading the rest of the day but very excited to see my little brothers again. I walked to my first period class: Physics. Ew. I walked into the classroom and went up to the teachers desk right when the late bell rang.

“Hi I’m kind of new.” I said to the young teacher. She couldn’t be more than 24.

“Oh hello! You must be Zoey! I’m so happy to meet you.” She exclaimed, extremely excited. “Could you please introduce yourself to the class?”

“Sure.” I turned around. The whole class was staring at me. “Hi..I’m Zoey Montgomery. I guess I’m kind of new. I use to go to this school, in fact I’ve lived in this town most of my life. I was sent to juvie my freshman year and I spent a half of a year there. I’ve been living in foster homes since I got out. But yeah..that’s about it. Can I sit down now?”

“Of course! You’ll be sitting next to…” The teacher looked around the classroom. “Ahh you’ll be sitting next to Cole.”

I walked to the area she pointed at and sat down. I could tell just by looking at Cole that he’s a douche. This class should totallyyyy be fun. Not.

Finally, after what seemed like hours, the bell rang. I then proceeded to my next two classes. Each class was torture and I was so glad for them both to be over with. But hey now its lunch. I just need to find Jake and Dylan. I need to make sure they are okay.

I walked into the lunch room and looked around. After about 5 minutes I spotted Jake sitting alone at one of the front tables. He was always the loner of the family but also the smartest and nerdiest. I walked across the lunch room to the table he was sitting at and I sat down. He had his head in a book, of course, and didn’t even notice I was there. I cleared my throat, trying to get his attention. He finally looked up with a shocked look on his face.

“Oh my gosh..Zoey!!!” He said with the biggest smile on his face. “When did you get back? How are you? Are you back for good? Wait are coming back home? Please tell me you’re coming back home.”

“Haha slow down Jakey.” I said using his nickname that I’ve had for him since he was little. “Unfortunately, I can’t come back home…you know how mother is. I’m doing good though. I’m in another foster home..but I promise Jake I’m not going to leave again.”

“Oh..well good. I’ve missed you so much.” Jake said.

“I’ve missed you too. How’s mother? Is she treating you guys better?” I asked.

“She is. Mom finally stopped drinking and she’s in a program that she goes to once a week.” He said. “But you won’t believe this one. Dad visits us a few times a week now.”

“No way! Dad, really? I thought he was too busy with the pack.”

“I guess he has some help now. He talks about you a lot. He misses you too and he’s kind of worried about next month.” Said Jake. Next month is my 18th birthday which means I’ll be shifting for the first time. Maybe even finding my mate. Who knows.

“I almost’s been a couple years since I celebrated a birthday.” I laughed, trying to lighten up the mood. “Hey, where’s Dylan??”

“Probably skipping.” Jake said right as the bell rang. “I guess I’ll talk to you later?”

“Yeah for sure.” I said. “Give me your phone, I’ll put my number in.”

“Alright.” He handed me his phone and I quickly typed my number in and gave it back so he wouldn’t be late for class.

I walked out of the lunch room and started heading to my fourth period class. I turned the corner and ran straight into what felt like a hard wall. Instead of falling I was caught by two strong arms.

“Watch where you’re going, would you?” A mad husky voice said as I looked up.
